White & Roseman was formed in 1995, with the intent to limit the practice to bankruptcy and employment issues. It was determined at that time that in order to provide the type of service that clients would come to expect, all cases would be handled by the partners, Bruce David White and Leslie R. Roseman.
Bruce David White received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Nebraska. Having practiced bankruptcy law for more than 20 years, Mr. White is certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy Law.
Mr. White is a member of the commercial law and bankruptcy section of the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum and the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum.
Leslie R. Roseman received her undergraduate degree from Ohio State University and her law degree from Western State University College of Law. Ms. Roseman specializes in all areas of employment law, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage claims and unemployment insurance appeals.
Ms. Roseman is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Labor and Employment section of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.
